How long does it take to setup?

We can usually get you set up within a couple of hours if we allocate you a number. However, if you want to choose your own number, setup time is approx 3 days

Is there a minimum contract term for a toll-free number?

No, there is no minimum contract term.

Is there a setup fee for an 0800 number?

If you wish to choose your own number, there’s a $15 setup fee. otherwise no, there’s no setup fee. There is an initial top-up amount charged at the time of completing the signup.

Can I transfer my existing 0508 or 0800 toll-free phone number?
